2. Description of Service

TeleBob is a visual workflow builder for creating Telegram bots. The Service allows you to design, build, and deploy Telegram bots without writing code, including features such as AI-powered responses, payment processing, and API integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

5. Telegram Integration

Your use of Telegram through our Service is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service and API Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your bots comply with Telegram's policies.

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TeleBob and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the bots and workflows you create.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on the Service or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
